I am Er. Sanat Datt Bhardwaj (LL.B, M.E, B.E) and would like to bring your kind attention to the details of my profile of 13 plus years of experience. In the last decade I’ve been enterprising enough to have worked with some of the finest institutions in the country – Sriram’s IAS, KSG IAS, Unacademy, Testbook Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – to name a few.

In my professional journey, due to keen observational inclinations and a knack for people management, I have managed various institutions and being the Head of Administration at Sriram’s IAS being my most recent feat. I have curated 0-to-1 and beyond various courses like the All India Prelims Mock Test Series, Public Administration Optional Courses at Unacademy, NCERT courses and a few more.
In fact, I, and my team, have been instrumental in expanding the physical presence of Sriram’s IAS from Delhi to Pune and Hyderabad. I have also helped transitioning some offline institutes to move online and hybrid.
I am open to short-term and full-time projects, both online and offline.
My Current CTC details:
– Hourly Rate for classes – 4000/- per hour
– Monthly fixed for classes – 2,25,000/- per month
– Current annual CTC for academic roles – 24LPA
– Last drawn CTC for management roles (separate from academic roles) – 19.2LPA
